If your package arrives damaged, you may refuse the map directly when it arrives at your door, and then contact us. Or, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 800-829-6277 for a full refund or reshipment of the order upon receipt of their claim to authorize the return. Please keep all of the packing materials in case we need them to show our shipping company.
KappaMapGroup.com will accept returns if the product is in its original and re-saleable condition within thirty (30) days of the original sale. Prior to returning any products, please email at email@example.com or call 800-829-6277 and ask for your salesperson to get a Return Number. A 30% restocking fee will be applied.
In order to request a Return Number, please have the following information available:

Item #, located on the packing slip or order receipt
Products returned without a Return Number will be refused.

Once we have received your returned item, we will credit the original credit card account, minus a 30% restocking fee. We will happily refund your shipping costs if there has been a Kappa Map Group error.
NOTE: Because they are customized to your specifications, and are not resalable, customized wall maps are not returnable. If there is some manufacturer’s defect or damage in shipping, Kappa Map Group will gladly replace your customized map order.
