What types of payment do you accept?

Credit Card Payments
Kappa Map Group accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

Checks & Money Orders
Personal checks, company checks and money orders payable to Kappa Map Group are also accepted—orders will ship after payment clears. Please include a copy of your order receipt for check or money order payment.

My order is missing an item. What do I do?

Occasionally, orders are shipped in separate containers. If you have a question regarding a partial shipment, please contact us at:

I received an incorrect item. What do I do?

We will arrange to get the item back from you and a replacement will be sent out immediately. Contact Kappa Map Group right away if you receive an incorrect item in your order:

I need a receipt for my order.

A receipt for your order is automatically generated at the end of the checkout process. If you did not receive one, contact Customer Service:

Do you offer discounts for large quantity orders?

In many cases we can offer bulk discounts dependent on the quantities required and the particular item being ordered. Contact Customer Service for more information:

Can you send me a catalog?

Kappa Map Group would be glad to mail you our Education Catalog, filled with our extensive line of classroom resources including coordinating wall maps, rolled maps, deskpad maps, binder maps, outline testing maps and more!

What is your return policy?

Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged, you may refuse the map directly when it arrives at your door, and then contact us. Or, please email orders@kappamapgroup.com or call 800-829-6277  for a full refund or reshipment of the order upon receipt of their claim to authorize the return. Please keep all of the packing materials in case we need them to show our shipping company.

Returning Maps
KappaMapGroup.com will accept returns if the product is in its original and re-saleable condition within thirty (30) days of the original sale. Prior to returning any products, please email at orders@kappamapgroup.com or call 800-829-6277 and ask for your salesperson to get a Return Number. A 30% restocking fee will be applied.

In order to request a Return Number, please have the following information available:

Item #, located on the packing slip or order receipt

Products returned without a Return Number will be refused.

Once we have received your returned item, we will credit the original credit card account, minus a 30% restocking fee. We will happily refund your shipping costs if there has been a Kappa Map Group error.

NOTE: Because they are customized to your specifications, and are not resalable, customized wall maps are not returnable. If there is some manufacturer’s defect or damage in shipping, Kappa Map Group will gladly replace your customized map order.

Pricing Errors & Omissions

Please note that pricing and product availability are subject to change without notice. Every effort is made to maintain product information on the web site. However, Kappa Map Group reserves the right to revoke any offer, and to correct any errors or omissions as they are discovered, including after an order has been placed. If an error is discovered after payment has been received, the amount of the error will be refunded, and you will be contacted via email or telephone. In the case of price discrepancies, you may be offered the opportunity to reorder the product at the correct price.

Ordering Help

When will my order ship?

Most orders are processed within one business day of receipt. Wall Maps are printed upon receipt of order. Please allow 5-7 business days for production of Wall Maps.  Shipping time is in addition to order processing time.

Overnight and rush orders placed before 11 a.m. Eastern Time will be processed the same day, with the exception of Wall Maps. Wall Maps once produced cannot be shipped overnight or 2nd day. Overnight and rush orders placed after 11 a.m. Eastern Time, or on weekends and holidays, are processed on the following business day.

What are my shipping options?

Kappa Map Group ships to locations within the U.S. and Canada. Shipping costs vary depending on the items you order. At this time, Saturday delivery is not available.

Please note: The following shipping times are dependent on product availability. The shipping times above are estimates; please be aware they are NOT guaranteed as we do not control these services. Refunds cannot be given for slow shipping times.

United States Delivery Options
Ground (3-10 business days from date shipped)
2nd Day (2 business days from date shipped)
Next Day (next day delivery from date shipped)

Canada Delivery Options*
UPS Ground to Canada (7-10 business days from date shipped)
*Shipments to Canada will incur additional Canadian taxes, duties, and brokerage fees. Kappa Map Group has no control over these charges and cannot issue any refunds or credits for any Canadian charges related to your order.

Other Shipping Restrictions
Wall Maps and Customized Wall Maps will require additional production days. If you choose 2-day or overnight services, this will apply to shipping time after the product is produced.

PO Boxes are not accepted for shipping addresses. A physical address is required.

Can I ship my order internationally?

At this time, Kappa Map Group offers shipping only to the United States and Canada via the website. For assistance in placing an order to be shipped to an international address, please email: sales@kappamapgroup.com.

Do you ship to APO and FPO Addresses?

Yes we do.

Do you ship to PO Box Addresses?

Post Office boxes are not acceptable addresses for your shipment. Please provide a physical street address for your order.

My order should have been delivered by now- what happened?

If something has delayed your shipment, we apologize for the inconvenience Please let us know and we will assist in any way possible.

Are there any shipping restrictions I should know about?

Please note the following:

kappamapgroup.com orders cannot ship outside the United States and Canada. For orders outside of the U.S. & Canada, please call customer service at 800-829-6277 to request approval for overseas delivery.
